I live in NY but spent a lot of time in Northern Quebec. But winter in Canmore. Heaven on Earth. I will take Canmore cold over the heat every single day!

I feel for the folks in the West with this heat. It is absolutely unbearable. To make matters worse there is the drought, too, so water shortages are going to become an even bigger challenge.

I hope everyone stays safe, cool and hydrated !

Today has been busy, installed 2020 LED OEM headlights, huge thanks to @daveeasa for the harness and help, used the harness to connect my grill lights to the DRL lights. Installed Spiker Hood Struts and OEM fog lights.

Splash guards, tonneau cover, bed mat. Bug deflector.
Today the taco was washed, waxed, all door seals siliconed, and it got a bug deflector.
It fits well and I think looks cool with the rest of the black trim.

Added a new capability to Odie today! Forget the gun version, I'm going for the tactical nuc!

I saw the switch and realized it was the Army’s old LANCE missile system. I commanded Charlie Battery, 6th Battalion 33rd Field Artillery (LANCE) at Fort Sill, OK in 1983/84. The system could deliver either a conventional or a nuclear warhead from either its tracked launcher (on the switch) or the launch rail could be removed and converted to a towed mode which could also be moved by helicopter. The other pictures are of a missile my battery fired in 1984 at White Sands New Mexico.

Had to search a couple yrs back but I made my own engine bay light with the Baja. Looks like same switch and best spot for it. Also how I routed the harness- not the shortest path but the cleanest path. It follows the washer fluid hoses to passenger fender and then main harness along firewall and is hidden/blends in. Have more pics of install if needed

Is there any trick to wiring up the switch if you didn't originally have it?

I've been wanting to add bed lights but having the key fob be the only way to control them was suboptimal. Having the OEM switch would rock, assuming it's not too tricky.

Finally added the ARB diff breather relocation line. Put a good size loop in the line to help with axle movement and tied to the brake line bracket.

If the spot I located it to is ever under water .. I have bigger things to worry about :anonymous:

@Diode Dynamics - installed the light bar a few days ago and that b!tch is bright! Super easy install, wiring is easy and straight forward although I ordered a different switch to fit the OEM slots as opposed to the round switch, not a complaint at all. Solid product! The brackets to mount are super easy to install and quality materials. One thing to note for anyone going this route, wear gloves because some parts of the truck are sharp, perhaps some thin Mechanix gloves or drape a microfiber towel in the are you are working on. For me, the part that took the longest was attaching the bolts to the actual LED lightbar through the brackets. Removing the bumper took mere moments, wiring and running the wire through the firewall boot took a few minutes as well. But for the best lightbar on the market, turn to Diode Dynamics, bright, sleek, low profile and the quality is 2nd to none. I have run a cheap Amazon 2 row lightbar on my old 2nd gen and thought that was bright, nothing compared to this one. Once you open the package and inspect the lightbar you will see the attention to detail and I know this one should be condensation free for a long long time if not forever, well worth the wait! Now time to take a break and figure out the next mod - will post pics once this damn FL rain stops

This came in yesterday, got a little bit of time today to play around with it. I must say its pretty nice, all the spray patterns except for the "shower" are pretty powerful, good enough to spray off mud and sand from anything. Shower setting would work just fine for a road shower, it provides a large volume of water at a low pressure. The battery lasts 40 gallons of spraying, but comes with a 12v plug to plug into the truck. Its 5 gallons, should be enough for most of you guys to rinse your bikes, kayaks, bodies, whatever it is you need to clean off.

The pump part has a pressure sensor, so when it detects low pressure in the line it turns on. If you close the nozzle, the pump shuts off, when you open the nozzle the pump turns back on. One thing I do wish it had was a level sensor that would kill the pump when its empty. But not a big deal since I wouldnt have it running without me right there anyhow.

Overall I would say this is a good buy at $129.00 from walmart.com. Little cheaper than a waterport, has more gallons, and is battery powered for pressure.

I need to design a mount that will keep it solid in the bed,

    Cons -
its a little bit top heavy, so it tips over if its not tied down.
The battery compartment is almost twice the size of the battery, it looks like you could store another battery in there, but its a hair to small to fit 2 batteries.

Installed the Subaru upgraded tweeters and kicker front speakers. I’m happy with the improvement vs cost. Nothing like my previous car’s setup, but I don’t feel like I need 1200 watts anymore.

Just tried again and no dice. Don't really need it so no big deal. You should buy it before they change the terms.
