I think a retired couple up the street bought the house 10 years ago for $125K and they renovated it and have been renting it...probably getting $2000-2500 a month...$30K a year for 10 years...got their investment AND upgrades back...and now clearing a solid profit on the sale...

it seems like the smartest way through most of the coming turbulence is just to arrange any debt you have that you can’t get ahead of, into a singular payment so that you are limiting APR and maximizing the usefulness of your insert income.

seems like it almost might be prime time for any of us to do so as banks seem hungry for new lines of credit from their customers.

 

Most banks and credit unions offer debt consolidation services like that.

On another note, I had a $15k unsecured personal line of credit through WF that I use so I don't have to keep cash on hand for emergencies. WF cancelled it a few months ago out of the blue for everybody.

They had an amazing Plumb suit with black trim...look like a heffner smoking jacket...That had a sleeve tag that said "Season 1 bartender Suit A"
Jacket was my size...Vest fit perfect...Dammit...Pants WERE my size but the no ass having bartender had them taken in about 1.5" so I could wear them but if I bent over....7-10 splitsville...
