    No worries, thanks for looking out :fistbump:

    I just need to install those LBJs I got from Jake.

    I actually just ordered a new Denso radiator, OEM thermostat, and thermostat seal.

    Figured instead of just doing new coolant, I might as well replace the radiator.

    Just secured a $80 dryer for my rent house. Early 2000s GE. Had one in my rent house before just like it. Next is a washer.

    My landlord has a Maytag washer in his shed that likely needs a $30 ebay timer controller thing. I’ll test it out and see what’s going on before I invest any real time into it.

    And for a fridge I have a basic 2003 Kenmore. Just spent 4 hours cleaning it. So just a washer and microwave for appliances left.
