I have seen a lot of people complain that there is a lack from communication from RSI Customer Service. The local dealers appear to be more responsive and have an additional point of contact through RSI for their purposes. I would recommend going through a dealer.

Not yet. Still in the works, likely 4th quarter this year. We're also happy to assist with your order. If there's anything we can do, shoot me a PM.

New around here and I too bought the Evo Sport Smartcap thru off-road alliance. Great group.
I've had it on my truck now probably for two months. I absolutely love it. I also recently upgraded my springs and now you can't even feel the weight on the bed. It's perfect for my dogs as well. All I can say it is worth the wait!

Where did you order from? I ordered my table in March from RSI and still haven’t heard anything.

Well if it's any consolation I got my table but I didn't receive my load bars yet. They're even more way behind on those than anything. I just patiently wait and someday they'll show up and it will be like Christmas!

Ordered mine from Main Line Overland because they had made a bulk order previously and not everything was spoken for. At the time, Offroad Alliance was talking about October or so and Main Line was talking a 6-8 weeks. Still waiting, but I know that's not Main Line's fault.

I gotta say, Offroad Alliance has been especially solid and helpful on this thread. Thank you!! I ordered sliders through them earlier this year (also severely delayed with a happy ending), and they always responded quickly to my inquiries.

I'll post pics of the table when I get it - for that price, it should be absolutely spectacular... right??

The table is awesome. Worth the wait. Plus it's stows neatly in its own rack system and easy to get in and out of the truck. I just use it on a weeklong expedition it was perfect. It's also stainless with aluminum legs and magnetic.

Yeah, the load bars took a lot of homework before I could decide and I eventually went with a Front Runner set through Mikes Custom Toys. Glad I did - I already have them waiting for my cap (also already have my new awning, RTT, and 2 new pups eagerly awaiting the cap...).

I bought my cap especially for my dogs. It's hilarious with the slide windows on the side they both have their heads out when I go down the road. Load bars will be here eventually and now front runner is out too. That's OK I can wait I've been waiting this long!

Got it on! Took awhile to get on straight, it seems to be about 1\2 off of square. Got it in place and tightened down the front bed rail mounts closest to the cab. I loosened all the bolts and kicked from the inside to try to get it to straighten out. Still off by 1\8 side to side but it's close! I was kind of dreading the wiring because of what I've read, but it was super easy.

You can't spray water straight into the vent system otherwise water gets inside. If you hand wash no problems.
