I looked at the truck on my way to get lunch. The roll bar(drawing a blank on the actual name) bushing on the passenger side where the sound is coming from is cracked.

The thing that helps with body roll :D

My truck would make loud popping sounds when turning or hitting a dip or bump. This video was my truck's sway bar.

Take that bitch off mines off my dc, it’s coming off my rc whenever I put my uca on. I took it off my 92 rc so it’s more noticeable on the shorter wheel base but still not bad.

The sway bar bushings come split there but it could be the popping you are hearing. Push the truck down and see if you hear the sound. If it is not going to be used offroad I would not take it off.

It's honestly a 95% road vehicle with 4% fire road and 1% off-road stuff. Even on the street, I don't speed :D…..and I caught myself looking at the driver side bushing and didn't notice it was "cracked"...…..now I may very well have looked at it and not noticed it

It's not cracked it is split there so you can take it off and on. If I used the truck like you say you do, no way would I take the sway bar off.
