Bent frame happens to everybody, even 70-series Land Cruisers:

 

Think that’s why they stretched those since there is so much weight over the rear of the axle. My front lca mounts and a few other things are pretty bent. Apparently pretty common.

 

The most important line item in today's environment? "In Stock"...

My Icon RXTs have served me well over 3 years. 4" of lift in the rear and no vibes. Get the Speedway liners to prevent squeaking.

 

Better to find out about it at home than in the middle of Antarctica...

 

Appears that lower control arm failed. I beefed up the ones I just rebuilt for that reason lol. I ended up welding a 1/8th plate all the way around. Also filled all the holes and used a piece of tube to sleeve them.

 

Just got finished putting new adjustable coilovers on my kids acura rsx. While we were in there we ended up doing brakes all the way around....pads rotors calipers. 2 lca s on the front and new drivers axel. Frickin car is a rocket and now it handles like a rocket on rails. Hmmm might be time for another 5 speed for me

 

Heading to Lakefield for some R and R.

 

Yep one of several things to fail on that truck, 48" tires on stock suspension...

 

Thank you for not hanging your bikes on the back and covering up your taillights. I see so many people with 2-3 bikes on a trailer hitch completely covering their lights.

This will allow me to shift in to Park while in 4lo.

 

I would be afraid of scratching my Taco. Yakima bike racks are not cheap but you pay a premium for quality.

 

I ordered the Nad and the Daytona for the kids Jetta which replaces the Finger Banger which will go on the 65...simple yet expensive!
