Viper Cut on 2nd Gen

    pro comp six inch lift, 35 in tires, pro comp skid plate, custom subwoofer box, led interior,
    I think I’ve looked before and haven’t found anything on a 2nd gen viper cut. I don’t really like the look of the 2nd gen bumper so I decided to try it. I did it in like 2 minutes without tracing because I want to replace the front bumper with a color matched one anyways. I actually think it gives the truck a better look than stock. Lmk what you think.

    I just free handed it. I drew it on with sharpie and cut it all within a few minutes.

    I did, I was tired of crushing the bumper in on the sides. Here are a few angles. It still gets crunched at times even though I cut the crash bar down too. This is all just temporary while I wait to get a front bumper fabbed up with my warfab front chop kit. Works for now & I actually think it looks ok! Just free handed it with my jigsaw

    Looks great! I was following the other thread as well, looks like those that have done it are 2005-2011 Tacomas. I have a 2.5gen (2014) so the fender and front end is a bit different, still on the edge but heres a mockup of the cuts.
