Also guys, I ask that you do not email Kelly to complain about problems with your order. They processed close to 200 products for us and only a few have had problems. It is their busy season and they have a new system. They are a great company and I would like to keep them offering us awesome deals like this!

I understand not wanting to flood Kelly with complaints and/or arguments, but she would be the one that knows what your order was and about the group buy better than anyone else there. She was extremely pleasant to do business with and I expressed to her how much I appreciated her help with this matter. I also thought it would be best to email her and not call, so that she can get to it when she has a minute and not be forced to stop everything to help me.

Again, like I mentioned earlier, she took the order (and my credit card info) so if there was any mistake with it, she should clear it up. I wouldn’t pass the buck at my job and I wouldn’t expect anyone else to either. Anyway, She was very kind about everything and it got cleared up in a few days. Because of her, I would do business with them again.

Left a voicemail for customer service & email for Kelly. Both were followed up the next day with my tracking number. Floor liners arrived 1 day later. I am very pleased with the floor liners (Tacoma DC 7 Rav 4).

Didn't mean for my other post to sound negative about the experience. I was just anxoius to get this product.

I'm very pleased with mine as well, the combination of those and the wet okole's makes the interior look sharp :D

Order your own set from weathertech canada. It'll cost you about $50 more, but you'll get them sooner than it's taking me to get mine.

I was pretty happy to see the FedEx guy Saturday w/ an unexpected box from Weathertech. I didn't get shipping info either when the fronts came about a month ago. Much to my surprise, it's not a black set of rears; but a tan front & rear set addressed to someone else per the packing list. :(

I went with the Husky liners since I missed the group buy. got both front and back in about 4 days from truckaddons.com. Kinda amazing at how much crap they trap, and also amazing at how much my OEM carpet mats were soaking up water, mud, dirt.

I have tried this. I sent her an mail over two weeks ago and didn't hear anything. Tried again and still nothing. I'm not particularly impressed at this point. It's ridiculous that many of us were overcharged in the first place. I may simply dispute the charge if Weathertech won't handle it themselves.

I'm not one to get upset - however - I put my name on the list for the group buy. I believe I was like 53rd. Kelly called me back and left a message in November 2010. I called back twice to three times a week since then. Left my name and number - No call back. I read many posted on this thread about how things got a little crazy...computer and holiday season.

I wanted the mats for Christmas and realized this didnt seem possible after reading the thread. I called this morning and spoke with another "Kelly" after waiting on hold for an hour...really! "You are caller number 9 with a wait time of over 1 hour".

The gal I spoke with had no idea what I was talking about. She tried to transfer me to the other Kelly and I was disconnected. I called back and left another message for Kelly. I have a follow up on trace and will call again on Wednesday.

Any suggestions or advise would be appreciated.

If you really want the mats, keep bugging them. If you're tired of the runaround, contest the charge with your CC company, and let them fight it out; cut your (time) losses and move on. I know what I would do.

Mine were shipped 1-7-11. The tracking information said they should be here yesterday. They were rear only (Double Cab) and I wasnt in a dire need for them - Got a smokin' deal.

I tried this also, spoke to Kelly after not getting any satisfaction from CS. Kelly said she would take care of it and CHARGED my credit card an additional $18! So now they owe me $36 and I explain this to Kelly and she credits my card $18! WTF, they still owe me $18 and I'm totally frustrated. If it does not get resolved this week, dispute on card. This has been going on since the end of November. No more Weathertech for me.

I complained to the Better Business Bureau and what do ya know? As soon as I got a confirmation email that the BBB had contacted Macniel Automotive, I got an overnight package the next day. They are a shady company that I will never deal with again and will never recommend to ANYONE.

Ya hear that Weathertech?! Suck it!
