I'm just gonna leave until the mechanic can sort it out. I'm gonna go bat shit crazy with all the possibilities it may be  The truck is driving perfect, just an annoying sound.

Another 3rd gen in last week for some Taco Sauce ! Get it Mild or Spicy..

That's the great thing about custom calibrations.. You can have it tailored to your driving expectations and needs.. Compromise Elsewhere.

Everyone wanted it and then no one wants it lol!!

the 2nd Gen’s are fantastic. I’m working with Justin (Just DSM) and his base tunes are flat out the best. He’s done well over 200 second gens for guys.

With his base tune and my logging adjustments and custom changes I believe we have the best 2nd Gen tuning available.

    thanks for asking.

That’s what my blue truck is, I took it off when I put my kings probably third best front suspension mod I’ve done truck rides better. If I turn it over from sway I can guarantee a sway bar would’ve made no difference.

RISING HUMIDITY LEVELS: The weather will be more humid over the northern half of Alabama today, and we will bring a chance of scattered showers and thunderstorms statewide. A few showers are in progress near the Gulf Coast early this morning, but most of the showers today will come from about noon to midnight… otherwise expect a mix of sun and clouds with highs generally in the mid 80s. The average high for July 6 at Birmingham is 91.

REST OF THE WEEK: With deep moisture in place, and an upper trough nearby, we expect scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms tomorrow and Thursday. The sky will feature more clouds than sun, and highs will be only in the 78-83 degree range due to clouds and rain. Then, on Friday, the sky will be partly sunny with scattered showers and storms possible mostly during the afternoon and evening hours. The high Friday will be in the mid to upper 80s.

THE ALABAMA WEEKEND: For now it looks like we will have some classic summer weather; partly sunny Saturday and Sunday with the usual threat of scattered showers and thunderstorms mostly from about 1:00 until 11:00 p.m. Chance of any one spot getting wet both days will be in the 20-30 percent range, and the high will be between 87 and 91 degrees.

NEXT WEEK: Not much change as an upper high builds; hot, humid days with an afternoon shower or storm in spots each day. Just what you expect in July in Alabama… highs each day will be close to 90 degrees. See the Weather Xtreme video for maps, graphics, and more details.

EYES ON ELSA: Tropical Storm Elsa is in the far Southeast Gulf of Mexico early this morning with sustained winds of 60 mph. A Hurricane Watch has been issued for the west-central and Big Bend coast of Florida from Egmont Key to the Steinhatchee River, since there is a chance Elsa reaches minimal hurricane strength before landfall north of Tampa late tonight. Much of the west coast of the Florida Peninsula is expected to see wind, rain, and surge impacts since that region will be on Elsa’s east side. A Tropical Storm Watch has also been issued for the Georgia coast and portions of the South Carolina coast as the system moves northeast.

A storm surge of 3-5 feet is forecast for parts of the Florida west coast, including Tampa Bay. Also, there is the threat of a few isolated tornadoes over the Florida Peninsula today. While the direct impact of Elsa will be east of the Central Gulf Coast (Gulf Shores, Pensacola, Destin, Panama City Beach), we do note there is a high danger of rip currents tomorrow and Thursday.

On the positive side, the rest of the Atlantic basin is very quiet, and additional tropical storm formation is not expected this week.

ON THIS DATE IN 1893: A violent tornado killed 71 persons on its forty-mile track across northwestern Iowa. Forty-nine persons were killed around Pomeroy, where eighty percent of the buildings were destroyed, with most leveled to the ground.

ON THIS DATE IN 1928: A seven-inch hailstone weighing 1.5 pounds fell in Potter Nebraska. With a circumference of 17 inches, this appeared to be the largest hailstone in the world at that time.

Just bought it, but it's been lifted and who knows what else has been crappily done before I got it. It's going to be a project for sure... but it's my daily driver too.

Have y'all found anyone yet? I need to get mine tuned for sure, but I'm also going to be switching things up later, so I'll be back (again)... I just hate the 20's that are on there (bought it that way). I'm going to move to 17x8.5 or 9's and keep the 33's, but going to 11.50's instead of 12.50's. Still have some searching and comparing to do, but it's a manual, daily driver, and I live in the country, so it'll get used, but it's not a "wheeler". The eventual goal is a jaw-dropping overlander*.

*(just thinking back to when I was a kid and saw a jacked up blazer or SWB Chevy or Ferd).

Any recommendations around the HSV area for shops? I'm actually in Langston and spend a lot of time in Fort Payne (GF lives there), so I'm trying to find some good shops since I can't do my own work anymore (all my tools were stolen from my barn... or about 90% of them anyway).

There is Rocket City Offroad in HSV. Depending on what it is you need done, I may be able to get you taken care of as well.
