    Stock, for now!
    New guy here!

I reached out to my local dealer, Toyota of Knoxville, and they wanted $2700 plus tax!!! I feel like that's highway robbery when others are getting it for sub $2100

Edit: reached out to Rick McGill Toyota in Alcoa, 2k+ tax for parts, install, and realignment

I ordered PTR13-35210 from Passport Toyota online this morning and had no issues. Just received an email showing it has shipped. I did not input my VIN. Did you input your VIN? It is not required.

I have Sumo Springs installed. I'll have to go with a 2" inch block, to continue making use of them. I want to keep the stock rake with this PTR13-35210 that I just ordered from Passport Toyota.

IMHO, the rake of the Toyota Tacoma is the essence of presence for these trucks.

Just called them and got everything sorted out. Hopefully my order ships as fast as yours. Thanks for the heads up!

I decided to go with a 1" block because I like the way it rides and don't want to change it with an AAL. I will still have a little bit of rake. Now I gotta get my ECGS installed at some point because I have the vibration now

Crap. I am hoping to avoid that, but am prepared to replace it myself if necessary.

Why can't a suspension upgrade or enhancement be easy and uncomplicated for these trucks?

What kind of vibes are you getting? I have picked up on a tiny bit since my shocks/AAL install that almost feels like it’s just coming through the gas pedal very slightly vs a shake like some people mention in the steering wheel like they are going over a rumble strip.

I chalked my vibes up to just a stiffer suspension given it’s so mild but if it gets worse I suppose I’ll likely do the ECGS bushing as well.

Curious to know if your vibes are the same/different.

Did the TRD Lift Kit yesterday on my sons truck. Found it at a local dealership and picked it up. Got it for $1173.00 and they were offering free shipping!

How did the TSS sensor work out for the install? shim it washers?

Did you get the front end aligned yet? Use the specs provided in the Toyota install instructions?

We put a thin washer on when we were putting it together and the warning light did come on after a short drive. It stayed on for maybe 50 miles then went out and hasn’t been back on since. Gonna switch to the grille that came with the kit this weekend but just gonna transfer everything over. Won’t change the sensor out . He will be headed to get alignment in the morning. It drove very well with no noticeable change or pulling one way or the other. Installed it myself in the driveway. Wasn’t to bad at all. Very satisfied with it.

Sorry, the fist pics I posted said before but they were the only ones I had pre lift. They actually are the pics we took when we brought it home from the dealership. Didn’t want to misrepresent.

I'm following your lead and just doing a 1" lift in the front for now and ordered just the TRD shocks like you. Which are on the way. I was hoping to avoid changing the needle bearing. But I'm now thinking I should change it. Where'd you order yours from?

Pardon my question; it may have already been covered in this thread but I can't find the answer in it.

    1. What are the lift measurement increments between the grooves on these front shocks?

I have a Hiline bumper and a Harbor Freight 12K winch installed; whick is about 142 pounds additional for the front end. How much lift will I realize in the front if I'm using the 3rd topmost groove on the shock, with this additional weight?

I just received the PTR13-35210 shocks and am putting everything else together to perform the lift.
