Getting my rear wheel rebuilt with a DT Swiss 350 hub. And in looking more into them found out i can upgrade the engagement from 18T to 56T and im already dreaming of upgrade. I haven't even gotten the wheel back yet

Somebody will buy it. Some things don't square for a rig that has never been off-road being steering rack, CVs and LCAs replaced at that mileage. What kind of parts did they use?

Anyway.. It's been "tarted up" to look off-road but I wouldn't trade my 99 for it even with 80,000 fewer miles. They spent quite a bit of money on it to look like it is off-road ready while skipping some important structural changes to make it solid vs. broshow.

Maybe it went on a trip to CO and suffered altitude sickness with the 03+ fuel boiling issue.

I'm starting to wonder if we're going to have some type of loan crisis when the market returns to normal and people are financed up to their ass in used vehicles that should be selling at prices like December 2019.

Meanwhile, do you think I can sell mine for $100,000? I took the pains to make it truly an off-road rig.

 

So my thermostat in the house has been set on 76 for the past week or so. Walk in today and the temp is showing 80 degrees. T-stat isnt clicking on...great. I manually turn the fan on, then switch back to auto and it starts cooling off. Then it wont stop cooling off once it hits 76. I have to bump up the setpoint to 77 to get it to click off. Seemed to be working ok up until now, though occasionally it would be a couple degrees hotter than the setpoint before it would click on. I just thought it was hot outside and it was struggling a bit.

System is all new, so it shouldnt be struggling at all. Quick google search reveals I have a t-stat that has maybe 10 good reviews out of several hundred 1 star reviews. Most report the same issue.

Guess I know what I get to spend money on tomorrow.
