Wow , I just cleaned my AFE Pro Dry S air filter with the actual spray cleaner from AFE . Man was it dirty . I used to blow it out with compressed air guess you not supposed to . Ordered another because the rubber around the edges is dry rotting . $63 . I have had this filter for probably 10 years .

 

We just received 2 brutal storms . One right after the other over 2” of rain in about 2 hours . And it’s still coming down

You have an office! I am suitably jealous. In my 29 years in the Information Technology field, I have only ever worked from home, or in a "office" cubicle farm/prairie dog environment.

 

You're looking at about 12 months of growth right there. Our HOA is rather lenient

I'd say so. In the 4 years I've been at my place I've never had to deal with my HOA and most of the time forget they exist...but they may come out of the woodwork if I let my lawn get that bad, but it would be lush and green so they can shove it. I can let the dad's in the neighborhood come test out their new mowers and see who can mow down a width of grass the fastest. Winner gets a beer.
