Hahaha, love that bitter stuff!! Really I'll eat any BBQ, except Texas brisket. I mean I'll eat it, but I always tell them it sucks, even if it doesn't, because Texans are annoying.

mustard does not belong in bbq sauce.

this is the sauce you need to make:

30oz 50/50 apple cider vinegar and apple juice
1tsp red pepper flakes
1tbs coarse ground black pepper
1tbs diamond kosher salt (1.5tbs if Morton’s)
2tbs light brown sugar
1/4 cup Texas Pete

blend, refrigerate 24hrs min before serving.

I have an auto locker and don't notice it unless I'm pulling in a parking space or on ice (my truck stays in the garage when it snows/ice), I would look into that as well honestly.
