actually, with that supercharger I can burn them pretty good, but thats exactly my point. I bet my 10 yr old Taco has been abused 100x less than your newer one.... hense better care.... hense better value in my opinion.

Also, kbb is crap, its good for if you try to low ball ppl, but dealers nation wide go by NADA for a reason, they are more researched and more standarized. KBB is like wikipedia (personal opinion with a little knowledge)

heres my point, you say I have tuned my truck for a specific clientel,,,, we are on Tacoma world right???? most ppl on here have some form of modified Tacoma right????

I am not trying to sell my truck to anyone here, I am simply asking, if this was YOUR truck, how much would you value it at??

Thanks for the good input Southern.... thats about what I was thinking, though I am kinda highballing it at around 14k for it supercharged simply because the supercharger really doesnt loose value that bad,,,, used are still selling for between 2k and 2500..

    WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    14k??????.................

Dude you can claim you took care of it like your first born child.

No one is gonna believe you. That's just the cold hard truth. No matter how much you try and influence them with receipts and everything. The realization is that your truck has 160000+ miles on it with a s/c to top it off. Peoples first thoughts are gonna be.... "well he didn't get it to freshen up the engine bay" No one is that stupid..... You got it to make more power out of it and trust me.... I KNOW you have used it...... everyone has.... I can't think of one person that has gotten boost and not used it....

Like I said.... Your truck in YOUR eyes is going to be valued for a lot more because you made it YOUR style..... so of course you are going to see all that money you put on it..... Someone else's perspective will be way different though. They will see a truck that has been modified.... that's it..... Best way to get a value for your truck is take it to carmax..... they will value it for you and how much they will give you for it.... they are pretty accurate on how much someone will buy it for.
