Replaced the battery on my 2018 Tacoma. Truck starts but nothing works. A/C, windows, cannot drive and engine won't rev and cannot shift out of Park. Left it running for a while to see if the computer needs to reset but nothing works. I have not checked fuses yet as I had to go to work. Would a fuse be the problem and if so which ones? Thanks

did you hook up the ground cable that runs from the frame/body to the negative battery terminal?

You didn't accidentally cross the cables and then switch them back right?

    Also

When disconnecting the cables from the battery, disconnect the negative first, then the positive. Connect the battery in the reverse order, positive then negative.

This needs to be relearned, take both battery cables off and hold them together for 5 minutes, this will SET everything back to factory resets. This should take care of it.

Will you say bad things to me if I said yes? Well I did because I put the battery in the same orientation as the old but I didn't realize I reverse them at first. Would this be a problem now?

If you don't mention it in the original post, did it really happen?

More seriously, probably blew the big one inside the fuse box. Requires splitting the box open to replace, what was it like a 140 amp? At least that's how it was on previous gens, I don't have a 3rd.

Checkn the 120 or 140 amp fuse on the positive cable at the battery. If hooked up backwards, will pop that fuse.

Sorry. it is in the engine room fuse box. It feeds the Alt. if no voltage output, it could cause all those problems.
