Well I made my switch to the oem TRD Pro 15’ tinted headlights. @JustDSM unknowingly turned me on to them when I saw them on his truck. So glad I did this. That being said, my old ones (off my 14) will be available if anyone is looking. In each housing you’ll have a brand new oem main light bulb, a brand new outside blinker, used inside bulb. I had leds on the outside which I kept and just bought new nicer oem type bulbs that crash and burn turned me onto from his thread. I’ll let em go for a good price to you guys. If this thread doesn’t have interest, no worries. I’ll post em for a bit more in the forsale thread.
There is a little bit of fading on the top of each housing which from what I believe can indeed be restored. Otherwise they are fine and I’d say in great condition. Below you’ll see the driver side, both are the same condition, if needed I can get you a passenger side pic. In the others, you can see the new TRD headlights.

 

A little cloudy on the top eh? That seems to be where they start going on these 2.5 gens for some reason. What are you going to be asking for them?

 

Yeah little bit. I’ll ask $100. If I post em on the FS thread, I’ll ask a little more. If I fix and post, I’ll ask a bit more too. I’d rather just leave em be and let who ever gets them fix them providing that they’ve done it before because I haven’t.

how about retro'd tinted pros?

 

Those are cool if done right. I just wanted oem to avoid any possible issues. It was cool that I found the oem pros cuz the are tinted.

 

im the guy that would do that....still might.

I think it’s the drl that causes that hazing.

I personally hate retrofits with a passion. Worst experience with headlights ever. Install pains aside, the ballast was constantly tripping out and I'd be running one headlight. Then randomly it would just decide to work.

 

Mine was like made some adjustments and way better than stock. So many variances ask who does them and what setup. I do want to get a better setup

 

The "better than stock not HID/LED" headlight thread is what I went with. Brighter bulbs from the Germans... they know what's up.

 

It's not because I run LED's and they still haze.

 

For the record, not responsible for turning the supercharger thread into the headlight thread.

 

It turns into other threads from time to time, which is perfectly fine. The group always deviates back to the general topic at hand.
