What does one do with a box blade, with tines and without?

They are nice for putting in a level place, use the tines to loosen hard soil and the box takes it out of the way. I have used mine for snow removal but they get full quick and it’s hard to get it all out. They are nice for spreading gravel too

Been running the Cat299D for about 2 weeks now, done a few open areas and about a mile of fence lines, gotta a few more tough sections of fence line to punch through the brush and trees.

Pouring down rain all morning, ugh.
Some days I'm operating sun up to sun down, 30+ gallons of diesel day, the current rains will put some long days ahead of me on the schedule to get caught up.

Cell service not to good, but here is short clip of some of the larger multi trunked mesquites closer to the house, most of the time I'm running the skidsteer at 50% power, but I had to crank up the rpm for a few of these trees.

Video from phone sitting in bottom of the door window..

Was hoping this hitch was on when I got back from vacation but nope. It didn't come with any mounting hardware either and the frame is boxed. Tapped some plates and slid them in from the back, it sits a little more level now.

Not only level out surfaces, add angle for ditch or maintain a slope on gravel roads. Tines also help grab and gather the remaining root pieces after clearing.

Cut & broke off stuff. Prolific ziptie and tape usage.
Think I used some of those same LED button size marker lights on a trailer I restored/modified recently. Little 4x8 is kinda a pain to back up sometimes but I'm only in it for about $350 total and a few days working so I can deal.

    That looks awesome!

If you can back up a 4 x 8 trailer, you can back up anything!

Love it! I've been in that church once or twice..

Don't remember if it was Denton or Dacusville.. one year me and a couple of my cousins were able to ride in the Parade of Power in a wagon behind a small Allis Chalmers one of my grandfather's friends had up there. May have raked hay with that same Allis too.

Picked a couple concrete products today, took advantage of the rain day from out tractoring.

    Screenshot_20210708-192804_Gallery.jpg

Gonna replace this piece of crap of so called slab, for the 300 gallon diesel tank with an extra lid from a septic tank made 4,500psi rated concrete.

    Trailer and hauling gurus:

I'm looking at a 2700lb tractor about 113 miles from me. If I bought it I'd pick up a U-haul car-hauler over there. My truck is a 2.7L 5MT Tacoma. 2" receiver hitch on it, no trailer brake hook ups. What are yall's opinions on hauling this combo?

I've hauled our 140's behind my '03 Tacoma with no trailer brakes, allow yourself plenty of stopping time and you should be okay. The 140's weigh a tad over 3,000.
