I've recently acquired a 2021 TRD OR w/the TRD lift. I'm wanting to add a steel bumper/light combo (Slimline model). Approx weight will be about 90 pounds. Should I expect the front end to "droop" from the extra weight?

Yes. That's how springs work. How much? Assuming you have the stock 700 lb/in coils, a rough estimate is 0.06 in (90/1400). I'm guessing you'll notice the dynamic effects on your shock absorption more the droop, but that's just a guess.

EDIT: oops, I forgot about the ~2x mechanical advantage of the LCAs. Better estimate is .12in (~1/8")

It takes 700 lb to depress a 700lb spring 1 inch so ur 90lb bumper shouldnt affect it too much, i dont have a slimline but i know extra weight up front will affect handling a bit

    These trucks are senssssitive

Another thing to consider is that since the weight is in front of the front axle it will change your front/rear axle load ratio in favor of the front axle and that will decrease 2wd traction. How much I do not know. You can always offset it my tossing some ballast into the bed or adding a steel rear bumper.

What about the mechanical advantage of the bumper being mounted in front of the springs? Not directly on top.
