First Tattoo

So i have an appointment today to get my tattoo done. I really want it tonight but i have a feeling i wont get it. My appointment is at 6:30 and the shop closes at 8. The guy hasnt even seen my tattoo but i have explained it to him over the phone. Do you guys think i will be able to get it drawn and tatted tonight or what?

 

I'm sure he could do it but I wouldn't want the artist to rush. If ya gotta wait then so be it. You'll have that tat for a looooong time.

 

Well, depends on how much detail, black ink, color ink shading, the size. Prep time,setup for the tat transfer to paper and back on to you. Probably not UNLESS he closes the shop on 8 and keeps working til its done. Which is what my tattooist does. I have 16 on them.

 

i would think that even if they close at 8 if you have an appointment, they won't close until they are finished, when i had to get my lip piercing fixed i had to go late after work and the place i went to stayed open for me...

 

it'll take longer then two hours just by loking at it with all the shading involved if he doesn't rush the job..........Hell my chineese symbols took 45 minutes they are the size of a quarter and there are only three of them.

 

Meh. oh well i guess. Im hoping that maybe he can just do the outline or something

Im going to Tattoo's by J&D in Cotati. Thats where my uncle and some of my hawaiian relatives have gone

 

I think most of them just stick around to finish the job. Hell, they probably have three or four "after work" jobs scheduled for after you leave...

oh nice nice, yeah they are usually open pretty late i know when i got mine done it was like 10 at night haha but yeah they should beable to draw it up and do it if they have time, they are good it doesnt take them long to draw it especially since you already have the design and everything.

 

pretty sick tat by the way, i have a baseball with flames around it and wings between my shoulder blades

yea i found this online and then i took it to my uncle and he drew some different scetches of it and i really liked this one. im not going to do the shading aroudn the edges tho.

 

go out right now and get one.

 

eh i would have to do a lot more thinking before i go get it done.

I've got two tats but my second oldest child has over 15. She told us last week that she would like to start getting them removed (She has started getting modeling and acting assignments! I think she said it would cost over $20,000. And she was hinting if we could help...
Well then yesterday we were talking to her and she said she was going to finish her arm and get a sleave.
IMHO, make sure it's what you want. I love mine but it's not for everyone.

 

Im putting it on my right shoulder blade. goina hurt a bit but oh well pain isnt the worst thing ever
