That sure is a nice gas tank skid that also corrects the problem of the driveshaft being too close to the factory skid.

Same for me… Looks like they got some good stuff going on in British Columbia. The website is well laid out and very informative!

They don’t have a gas skid plate for my truck But I have taken mine off three times in the last 10 years to clean up and paint and treat so it’s in good shape.

Plus by looking at all the pictures @Tech HoFFinaTor I do not drive like you… Oh to be young again!

Ha ha that’s a cool fact. That is also my hometown thunder Bay however I’m so old that my birth certificate says Fort William. So I was born before the amalgamation with Port Arthur.

 

So you were close enough to aide the Franklin Expedition but chose not too...gotcha

 

Is two on each side over kill. From a picture I saw it looks like 2 would be way to bright to use as camp lights.

 

Just add separate switches for each side..
