Yep that would be me, thanks @Shveet! With the lack of signal I had up north the week after Ardbeg I haven’t had a chance to get back on TW and try and catch up on things. Yeah the Talus tent is great, mine is only the Talus 2 so it’s just a 2 person. Has been great to me for the last 4 years. Done a lot of hiking and portaging trips with it before now using it on wheeling trips and it’s held up pretty good. Didn’t have any water pooling inside the tent despite the puddle on top the footprint up on the Ardbeg trip so I was pretty happy with that. Also when up past the Soo around Wawa and Chapleau there were insane amounts of anthills at every site we were at so I spent most nights on top of the diamondback in the tent to avoid the ants lol.

I was lucky the week I had up there with hardly any rain, guess I deserved it after the drenching we had on the Ardbeg trip lmao. Even slept without the fly a few nights to enjoy the stars.1E2EE094-9EC3-4044-A42C-5178DB130342.jpg

You might not be able to fit the 3 on there, there was a few inches of space on the sides but not sure if it would fit the 3 person. Mine already hung over the end of the cover even with the 6ft bed. I originally was planning on building a platform for the tent on top of the cover and now after trying that I’m sold on it lol.

Ahh damn, didn't notice you have the long bed til now. Yeah, I'm thinking a little extension addition that hooks up to the rear cleats and reaches a foot or two outward, would be easy to keep in the bed too.

Let me know if you end up designing anything!

Sold for asking price of $27,000 USD yesterday. 18,000 miles all stock like new. Sellers YouTube video in the links shows how clean it is. Seems like prices are crazy for vehicles in the US as well. However the double cab first GEN is very desirable. It was only available for four years and only with a short box and automatic transmission.
