    I’ve a cousin that works with U.S. Marines in Australia and regularly sends Aussie market items to me through those fellas and I send market items from the states his way. Some of it’s a problem on my end as my son is addicted to Milo powder as I was in my youth and goes through it too fast. Tim Tams disappear almost immediately between him and the misso. The marines tell him about things they really miss and if he likes them he starts the wheelin’ dealin’ by seeing if I can get it and find a way to get it across. Those are usually the fellas that call or email me to let me know when another care package is heading my way.

    Gee, last time I was in the desert, regular candy bars would melt, including the innards of m&ms, which kinda popped like peas, and, the compression waves from Paladins and artillery had a habit of making fizzy beverages flat and turned most food to mush after a while so you had to store anything like that about 50 yards away. These would have been nice.
