    Well I ordered my jd2 bender should be here soon got a new set of uppers and lowers cut out going to put together one side first just need more time in the day

    new arm on the jig ready to go

    yeah lol i didnt want to pay for mock up ones cause there like 30 bucks a piece so ill just put thr melted bushing into the next set and get a new set of bushing for this arm lol l

    I made my own mock ups with a piece of smaller tubing and some washers welded in it :D

    Be careful not to melt the lining in your uni-ball that a little more expensive

    yeah i think the balls are fine they still move freely... i may have warped the cup alittle cause i cant get the damn thing out but ill get a bgh and take care of that down the road

    sweet ill be messing around with the new bender today... with bendtec pro and a new bender there shouldnt be a reason i cant crank out two b pillars for the truck

    Slow down and use lots of cutting fluid I use harbor freight bits that last way longer than that

    im using master mechanic brand the first bit was doing ok then i got down deep and i sheared one of the edges off the other is just dulling really fast

    He is drilling anchor bolts into concrete. He isn't drilling metal. So cutting fluid isn't really gonna be the issue.

    I would suggest getting a hammer-drill, a good bit and a vacuum.

    But what would I know? I do it for a living.

    I am not a douchenozzle. I am douche-do. Like a douche, but fun like a dildo. Not quite as good as a Droid-do. Hmmm.....Are they waterproof?

    I can't wait for the video......:tumbleweed:
