Well at least the welding is more fun than the cleaning

 

South Carolina has a huge tide and while I was anchored off the City dock in Charleston a V8 twin Donzi go fast stink boat tied up tight to the seawall in front of Pussers bar. Tide went out, boat dropped on it's side against seawall. Next high tide submerged the Donzi. It took 2 cranes to remove.

I live in fear everyday due to my factory one. It’s due for a removal and new gasket maker. Been about 5 years since I rhinolined it and made new rubber feet for it.

My shell rack leaks as well and needs to be sealed. But so do all the windows. Thought I’d be safe with a 2018 Snugtop.

I'm sorry, every part of that sounds awful. Have you considered not traveling at all?

 

I normally loathe layovers but it's actually better with a toddler in tow, gives them a chance to get some energy out midway thru the trip without forcing an emergency landing

 

Ah yeah, forgot you had the young one with you. That's a rough situation for everyone involved, good luck. Last flight I was on, I was in first class and someone brought a damn infant into first class. The whole idea of first class is to get away from that. I feel like it should be the only seating section where you cannot have a child on your lap.

 

I would agree, in a perfect world there'd be a family section of the plane that's sectioned off behind soundproof glass like what churches do lol
