Hearing a noise at 45-60 stays constant at those speeds, sounded like a bad front wheel bearing on the drivers side so I replaced both fronts Saturday, still hear it, do notice after letting my truck off the jack it had a lot of positive camber and outside of front tires wear more than the rest of that’s related I’m unsure but throwing it out there, anywho truck settled looked better at the front (looked positive camber even before wheel bearings) but I’m still hearing this noise it sounds to me like excessive engine noise would be the best way I can describe it, anyone know what to look for? I also replaced u joints and carrier bearing with oem Toyota few months back

Wondering if it could be wheel noise, out of balance.

I’d start with looking for play in the suspension. Get the front up on jack stands. Push and pull top and bottom, left and right. If you feel odd movement, try to look behind the wheel while pushing and pulling to find what’s moving.

Unfortunately I did man, when i done the wheel bearings I inspected it all, I believe my front shocks are due to be replaced soon but nothing major, waiting to get some 5100s for it, replaced sway bar bushings and sway bar links, ball joints and all look good, brake pads could do with a replacement soon but other than those I can’t figure it out, it sounds like engine noise I was thinking a pulley is going bad but I’m not sure

A speed specific noise makes me think suspension or wheels or drive line. Rpm specific, then I'd be looking at the engine. Noises is a tricky animal.

i had a mechanic tell me it’s more than likely cupped tires, since my front tires were wearing on the outside and the rest of the thread looks fine he said it’s more than likely that, he said check the ball joints upper and lower and could be worn shocks caused the tires to go bad, the front of the truck seems to have a good bit of positive camber after lowering the truck from being jacked up but looks fine once the suspension is settled, I’ve also been hearing a squeak from the front shocks for awhile now, could be those causing bad tires? Giving me a wheel bearing noise,?
Any recommendations on front shock and spring set up? Not sure if it’s worth getting the bilstein 5100 and using my original springs? Truck has 93k

Funny thing about wheel bearing noise (if it's the REAL problem) - it almost always sounds like it's coming from a different corner than it really is. I recently had a bad REAR bearing that even my wife thought was coming from the front. About 5 out of 7 times the bad bearing was NOT where it sounded like it was coming from (we have 4 cars in the family).

Personally, I have a set of ChassisEar, so i ALWAYS use that to be sure where it's coming from. It's a good tool to have when diagnosing suspension issues (and bearings). I can't even count how many times suspension noise has sounded like it was coming from somewhere else because the sound vibration travels through the chassis/body, and where you perceive it to be coming from tends to be because of where it's able to transmit to your ears (sorry for the unintentional puns).
