What did you use for the add a leaf?

Mine were a little stiff at first then i moved some furniture and flexed them in the rocks and then they were great. But after holding my rtt and swing out for a couple of years they have definitely flattened out.and I'm needing so extra support for them. I was riding pretty low in the back on my last trip and i was getting some axle wrap again.

Im sure that you did but.. did you tighten the shackles bolts with the wheels on the ground? The shackles not moving will make a super crappy ride.

When i initially installed them it was on a lift, but i lose ed and retightened when the wheels were on the ground but there was almost no weight in the bed at the time cuz i had the whole truck apart, ill see if it makes a difference with a bunch of weight in the back when i do it

Does anyone know where to get replacement parts for the deaver J59 Springs? Or perhaps information on what fasteners are used? I'm looking for the rebound clip fasteners, the center bolt, and the friction pads. Mine have some pretty nasty rust from the 10 year in the north, could use some TLC.

I think the clip fasteners are hot riveted on. Unless your talking about something different. I got a new center bolt from a local spring and ubolt shop. Does your town have one? Or a 4wp store?

Okay, thanks. How about these fasteners? Mine are rusting away and are splitting length wise. This looks like it might be a bolt and spacer/sleeve? Can anyone confirm?
