Anyone looking for a kinda heavy but half decent dual suspension, I took pics of my Diamond Back. My bicycling is limited to pretty much bike paths and when I bring the squad up to Maine, the girls like to do a little bike around the island. So I'm looking to make this bike turn into a simple and lighter hardtail. Even a cruiser would be fine for me. If I can't find anyone that can use it I'll just keep using it. I don't know what's fair, I'd like $400 or so, that should enable me to buy a cheap used hardtail.

You're likely correct. Might have to wait until next year, save up a bit and just beat on the old Mongoose this year. Plus, I'm not really a fan of the T7 color scheme, hopefully it gets better for next year's model.

It's a medium- I guess the full suspension bikes are measured that way now? I always rode a 17" MTB frame or a 53cm road bike when they were sized like normal.

    Whatchu got?

You going to be back riding by then? I’m in, you might have to be seen slumming it with the old Goose.

Any of you guys got a hook up for OEM wheels? My MIL hit a pothole and it wrecked her wheel. It's a 2020 Volvo S60, dealer has them in the $500 range, hoping to find something local if any of you have any ideas.

Trudge around facebook and craiglist. If its a popular pattern that other cars may use, might find tons. I got a whole set of Tacoma wheels and tires pretty cheap because people regularly swap out OEM soon after buying. But my wife's Camry is in the same boat - they use a popular lug pattern (F if I can remember what it is) and people buy them and swap them out all the time.

Might be too new to really find much in the used market unless its a wheel thats been around for a few years, or a take off

I agree, when I think wheel swap I don't think Volvo. I think trucks and civics. What do junkyards do with wheels they get? They came with wheels but aren't on any of the vehicles. Have to think they're out there

if it’s a popular size like the same size as all rav4s for example (my wife’s Camry lug pattern is a popular used across a ton of brands) they might be swapped out a lot.

Looks like Ford uses them a lot

Yea but they might still use the funny lug bolts, which I don't know if that makes a difference or not

Yeah but I don't think he wants a Ford wheel on his Volvo even though it fits. I hear Chevy wheels have the same lug pattern as ours but I'm not sporting a Bowtie anytime soon.

In the late 90s I had a 86 Benz 190e. Got a flat and never heard of lug bolts... Needless to say I shit myself. Thought I broke it. Thought it was cool for about a minute then comes time to get the wheel back on. Too much fun

That's what I'm finding out, car is too new and the wheels haven't been around for very long. I also only need one, I'm not trying to buy a whole set or mis-match them since the car is fairly new. I did come across one on Fleabay, refurbished though...
