    Do you have a water filter on it? If you have low water pressure it won’t make ice could also be the door switch as this turns off the IM when the door open. Also check the temp of the freezer if it’s below I think 10 or 12 degrees it won’t make ice either

    This I believe is your IM see #12 if you can pull that cover off you can manually advance the ice maker by turning that large center dial gear it will then go through its cycle if working. I think it’s CCW

    There is a diagnosis program you can get too in that touch pad if I’m not mistaken I just need to remember how to access it been awhile since I have done any trouble shooting on residential type appliances
