Such a fantastic looking truck - but, I'll confess, I may be biased!

I see someone else likes long focal lengths and shallow depths of field.

I told my dealer that if they drilled the bumper, I would refuse delivery…

(Of course, in reality, I would have taken it… I would have taken it in any way - short of it being on fire…:bananadead:)

sure does look cement-ish in those pics. - nice capture.

:eek: Must have been a battle!

haha, yeah...but in all honesty, I plan to replace the bumper anyway. Doesn't bother me as much as license plates on my cars for some reason. In certain light, it definitely does looks cement-ish

lol. ahh...a fellow photographer. Yes, this was shot at 200mm, f3.5ish...maybe f4, on a full frame. The mountains behind the truck looked so small...so I had to use some of that sweet compression. :)

So excited!!! Thought I wouldn’t be getting a Lunar Rock Pro since it’s so close to end of production…but just received a text today that my truck will be built Aug-16 (one of the last production runs!!) hope you all don’t mind another Lunar Rock customer posting soon.

Sweet. I suspect, because of COVID and chip shortages, LR Pros will be the most rare of all the Pros. I haven't seen another LR Pro in person.

Mine was built within days of that millionth Tacoma that is going up for auction and I ordered mine the day LR went live on Toyotas website.

I know the Trail model will be available but I need the double cab and full length bed in a 4x4 model. Appreciate the info !

Is AG available in that configuration this year? That's your best indicator.

I believe AG is but I can’t say for sure. I’ve only seen one in person and I can’t recall the trim or bed length.

AG is available on the Sport DCLB. Can't seen why Lunar Rock wouldn't be as well in 2022.

    Congrats!

First "mod" I did was take that blasted accumulator off, truck drove so much better from zero clutch delay.

I held off on this one for about 6k miles, but I should have done it sooner.

Picked mine up June 26 and already have 1100 miles! Granted, the first 850 were on the drive home from the dealer, but it was worth it! Already added the OEM tailgate lock, OEM bed lights, and a tonneau cover (Truxedo X15). I also did the AC drain mod! I love this truck.

Next on the list is to figure out if I want amber fog lights or not. I drove back in the worst rain storm I have ever been in and it was at night so I am thinking a little less glare could make a big difference! Figured I would give these covers a try. Most say they fit and I don't see the need to replace any of the OEM equipment... yet.

@Philly_ i put my fog light covers on last weekend and they fit perfect. fyi- you can reach down from the engine bay to unclip the fog light bezels.

edit: don't be like me and buy just one at a time. i didn't realize they aren't sold as a pair on Amazon.
