    A thing or two...
Historically, I've shied away from the stock market because like others said I didn't know where to start. I just got into messing with the stock market last year. I started with investing part of my HSA in some CDs and mutual funds. Then I started buying into the company stock plan. That was nice since it was an instant 15% profit. I just have to hold onto it for a year or pay some penalty tax. I sold a few shares early and used that to buy other stocks to diversify. I buy random stocks, but mainly companies that I've heard of and are stable. Mostly tech and defense companies. Primarily, I just buy a few shares and hold onto them.

    So a some timer?

Looks like some of them are already half plucked.

Ice maker isn't doing its job anymore. Water dispenser is still working so it shouldn't be a supply issue.

Our samsung has a reset button you have to hit periodically. Usually when we empty the tray.

I've done some searching and I can't seem to find anything about mine having a reset button.

Damn it. That's why I can't find it!

I vacuumed the bottom out (shocker to no one - it was filthy) and removed a cover plate to disconnect the power to the ice maker. I'm going to let it sit and think about what it hasn't done then connect it back up and go to bed.

    Fingers crossed!

Oh, and just in case I replaced the filter a few hours ago, too.

At this point, I'd take slightly chilled water.

    Mornin fellas'

Ipnpulz seems pretty dialed in on the appliance engineering.

A sharp older mechanic told me a few years back, buy the cheapest appliances you can stand to look at. 2-5 years is what you expect to get out of them, no matter the brand. He seems to be right on in my experience.

Not actively trading stocks although my pensions and 401k is tied up in the market.

I have two Brownings, like them a lot. Good pictures, etc. @buckhuntin-tacoma has several as well.

Bought a Spypoint cellular camera this year, like it too. It sends me pictures 12 times a day, it has different settings for that too. It’s $10 a month for the service.

Those spypoints would be great if I had a signal where I hunt but it's just too dense.
