I decided to space the bump up until I get a new leaf pack and then see where it’s at. No sense in doing it three times. Also, it’ll only be a 0.75” inch spacer for the bump stop which isn’t a huge deal. It’ll still compress under a hard hit at speed, but support the truck resting on it and crawling full tilt. That way I can keep the max droop at full tilt in case there’s room for another pack to droop before the shackle hits, since the dakars are a little shorter. If you saw how close it was to engaging fully it’d be a no brainer. I want all the droop and axle clearance I can get.

I know for the time being I’ll need to cut. Based on this I would need to cut the 3 below the main leaf? I e see a lot of 2 and 3 leafs but looks like I need 2,3 and 4.

I think just 2, because 3 and 4 are out past the sides of the shackle. Yours seems better than other people's

FYI - I received a "new" set of the Dobinsons L59-112-R leaf springs and installed them yesterday. The 2nd leaf now has a taper but may still have interference with the shackle at full compression. I am unable to test this easily, so I'll have to keep an eye on it.

For the lower riviera. I had some trouble on one side getting them out out and the washers are toast. Can I use some new ones I place as these wouldn’t separate and are toast. I assume so but checking if there any other affects. The brace above seems to have shifted over and the hole doesn’t line up either.

The factory washers that are tacked in place, don’t worry about them. I’m missing half of mine, just use the supplied 1/2” hardware.

As far as the brace, try and shift it back into place so it lines up. A centering punch is great, or try a screwdriver.

Anyone have issues with the zerk fitting not taking grease? I ordered a new tip for my grease but but for the life of it the grease just spits out everywhere but into the zerk fitting. Hopefully new tip works but curious if anyone else had an issue or not.

Try removing it and seeing if there happens to be a little powdercoat blocking the hole inside.
Replace the zerk and snug with (probably) 7mm.
Then I take a toothpick, flat blade screwdriver or something hard to push the ball in a few times to release any stiction.
    Then try again.

If you need new fittings we can send some, first instance of hearing that
It didn't happen on both shackles did it? Cause that might indicate a problem with your gun

I am going to check the other one today. was the end of the night yesterday. I am thinking it's my tip on my gun. Grease comes out just not when connected to the fittings. I ordered a new lock tip anyway but if an issue with one I will let you know. Almost certain was the gun but checking all avenues. Always the easiest part holds me up.

Try hitting your driveshaft with the grease gun. It should take the same NGLI-2 grease and that will let you verify if it's your gun or not.
@ARCHIVE - am I right about the grease grade/type for the bushings?

I bought that tip and an electric dewalt grease gun that’s arriving tomorrow, so I’ll have no excuse for dry zerks.

Does the DeWalt leak & ooze like all other grease guns as well?

nice, I ordered a lock-n-load last night. may go to the auto store and buy a junk one so I can finish it.

I was planning on using super lube which I used for UCAs and others I assume that's the right one? Also a suggested one in the products below.

I used some other black grease on my drive shaft (hopefully that was right ha now you have me second-guessing that)
