    I would manually test the ice maker to make sure water is flowing to it, by pulling the cover and turning the main drive gear and let it cycle if water flows replace ice maker it's bad. If water does not flow there are other issues that need fixed first....

    Pull the power connection at the water valve and make sure there is 130V

    Buy a new icemaker. Then try to fix the old one for a backup.

    Working on icemakers is close to the top of my list too. ;)
