For your sanity’s sake, you’re gonna want to buy close-ish to where you work. IH-35 becomes a parking lot whenever two cars start making out, and gawker’s block kills the other side. I mean, seriously, the wreck is on the south side - north bound traffic should still move. Nope - not with these assholes.

We don’t have loops per se, and what we are getting is toll roads. That (surprise) no one wants to pay for.

Much of the IT industry here in town has gone mostly to full-time telework, so if that’s your situation your money will go further in Kansas.
