Took a 3rd place in the novice class at the autocross this weekend, and 98 out of 140 overall.

Here is a list of folks that were shredded by the first gen Tacoma!

It did cost a couple tires though!

Well I finally got around to replacing the four pieces of bottom window trim. These new ones should do a much better job of cleaning off dew and condensation when I roll the windows up and down. Sorry no pics for this project, to dam hot outside. Trying to get them off without bending them is a chore. My neighbor wants my old two front ones for his truck.

Air water intercooler might be easier to fit with a radiator in the front.

Except currently the train has a better paint job than my truck! Color wise, it's a mutt. Three paint shades. I keep saying I'll get it all one color, but then I get distracted by things more fun than wet sanding and taping. So, just about anything.

I’m pretty sure the only thing holding it together are the brake lines and cv axle, so it could go either way

Anyone have any ideas as two why the battery light is on in my 99? Alternator is putting out 14.1 volts at idle. Battery is sitting at 12.7

Alternator would not be charging then right? Fuses test good. The voltages above were read from the obd port.

Alternator will try to charge because the regulator will see 12v instead of 14. So it’ll try but it won’t be charging anything

Yep, parts wise anyway. Might want to consider replacing the rubber dust boot that goes around the LBJ boot if it's torn up (only on 01 - 04s).
