All 4 as take offs will probably be less than a new rim from Volvo. New take offs for Tacoma’s go for about 500-700. New tires of the same are about 5-600 anyway.

Buy new take offs. Sell old ones for 300-400. New tires for 200-300 bucks. They last about 40k miles

 

Nothing online, newest they list is 2019. I was going to call them tomorrow. I lost my inside man there... @mach1man001

 

Refurb could just mean that it was ground, and repainted to repair curb rash

 

It is, but not knowing the quality of the paints they use or the process, the clear coat could go to shit in a couple years. At least that’s my fear with EBay. Seller rating is also only like 85% positive also which isn’t fantastic in my opinion.

 

I did refurbed for the old Rav4, only kept it another 2 years but they looked fine

Mines an early 90's Trek 950. It's a lugged cromoly frame. It was made back when they still made them by hand in the good old U.S.A.

My bikes bigger than yours though. The frame is a 19 or 20", equivalent to a size large these days.

Ha, my utility trailer wheels are slightly different styles and it bugs me. I couldn't imagine not having matching wheels on a 2020 Volvo.

I had an XC70 for a while that used lug bolts. I have no idea why they chose to do that, it's like they were being different just to be different. I thought it made it a little tougher to put a wheel back on.

 

Mike if you are going to call LKQ make sure to ask for Inga! They are going to tell you she's not available right now or some other bullshit but just have them transfer you to her. She's awesome and honestly the only person still there worth anything. Tell her I said hi!!!

Oh, yeah, I could probably get away with your bike since I'm not doing anything technical anymore, but you'd have issues with mine.

 

Car-part might be the ticket. Looks like they just got a totaled Volvo S60, 4 decent wheels. I have an inquiry into them to see if they ship since 2 of the wheels are in New Britain, CT and the other 2 are somewhere in NY.

 

Currently cruising in an incredibly smelly Kia. But man that truck looks rust free apart from the exhaust

Rear ended about 2 weeks ago, damage seems minimal. Awaiting word.

Did a thing yesterday. Finally broke down and bought the Furrion backup camera for the camper. Install took all of 10 minutes since the trailer already had the shark fin on the back and pre wired. Pretty neat and even has sound.
