I heard the term weld porn somewhere. Some sweet beads there.

I can tig and "achieve fusion" but it isn't pretty. Just not enough time spent with the process.

Maybe it’s a 120v machine deal? I’ve never used a 120 w/ fluxcore. Hadn’t thought about that. Mines 240v and lays down fluxcore pretty well.

One of the biggest mistakes with people running fluxcore is forgetting to reverse the polarity on the welder. Makes a big difference.

People who are welders need to work with dangerous devices that can harm human health. You may lose your eyesight, or a piece of iron may get on your body or, even worse, in your eye. The mask is essential in this job. I trained as a welder for several years to learn more information visit site (https://ratemywelder.com/welding-schools/). The first rule for every welder has always been safety, so you can not save your own equipment. In fact, in this case, every moment is essential for your protection. If you have good equipment and sound equipment, you will do your job perfectly, and I am sure you will have many customers who will contact you. Good luck to you all!

240 will be better than 120V if your material requires it. fluxcore vs. gas is always a fun debate, there are pros and cons to each. Bottom line is it usually comes down to the skill of the person pulling the trigger vs. the machine/setup.

I generally swap to fluxcore for winter welding. Too windy near me to use gas.

Something I recently learned, after buying cheaters. It's easier to weld when you can see what you're trying to weld.

I found a new huntsman 911p hood, best one ever made in my opinion. It's a shame it's discontinued.

Yeah and borrow your buddy too while you're there. Then go buy a welder.
