“Pro” grills are on every Tacoma I see in SoCal..

Mine was already installed when I bought the truck, honestly I like it better than the stock. It stands out more than the stock. I haven't seen another one close to it in Albuquerque, I'm sure there are a few here somewhere.

 

You bought the top-selling mid-size truck in North America and you want to stand out?

 

I run an amateur grill on my 3rd gen. It lets people know to stay out of my way.

I was really into the Pro grille when I first got my Tacoma. Then I quickly lost interest in it because almost every modded Taco had it.

I decided to run a third party aftermarket grille with embedded Raptor lights, DRL, and mounts for my front camera and TSS on my 2020 Off Road.

Now I'm currently waiting on Pro Grille letters in black to be delivered and will somehow affix to to the grille (probably 3M tape/black hot glue/zipties).

How does upgrading to a significantly better looking grille mean someone has more money than sense? Or am I misunderstanding your post?

 

I have to agree. I've yet to see an aftermarket grille that looked good on a Tacoma. Most of them are flat out hideous.

 

Sucks that all companies now make you pay extra for something that used to be the norm on trucks.

I think this is the best grille so far.

I won't be changing the stock grille on my '21 OR though, remember how great stock trucks from 20+ years ago look? Especially when they've been well cared for? Stock FTW.
