    Anyone know specifications (socket size (metric or US), length and pitch) for the top bolt that fastens to A pillar?

    The top bolt that fastens the grab bar snapped in two pieces with one piece stuck inside the hole

    Here’s the latest: my unsolicited DHL shipment tracking says still sitting at the Cincinnati hub (30 days now) - last night I get a new shipping email, this time by USPS. Tracking says it went with a shipping partner in St Helens at 10:31am Jul 14, and departed Portland at 9:31pm. This one looks more promising than the DHL one. This is very weird but I’m not complaining. :D

    Mine was supposed to be shipped May 28th. DHL tracking said that the label has been printed but not handed over to DHL. Ktjo4x4 talked to me once in June a month and a half ago. She was insistent that she gave the package to DHL. I called DHL and they have received not package from her, they escaladed my case. She never replied to their voicemails, so DHL asked I send her the contact information for DHL. She has not replied via Insta DM, Facebook DM or support form on her website.

    If I didn't live in Canada I would be knocking on her door right now. Oh, I also have called Rainer Police Department as well, so they are getting involved now. My trip to California in the fall might included a stop off at Ktjo4x4 head quarters.:goingcrazy:

    Based on @canibe ’s tale of woe, I doubt that my DHL is even still in the running. USPS seems promising, though. So still only 1 extra.

    I would really really appreciate it! I'd pay the shipping in a heartbeat. Its been so depressing the lack of professionalism from Ktjo4x4. And at nearly $300 CAD, its just enough to hurt. Thanks again for the possible gift. :proposetoast:
