Anyone want to run Lockwood Creek/Miller Jeep Trail Saturday July 24th? I haven't done the trail yet but have been wanting to for a while! Would really like to keep the group to 5 or less if possible. Let me know!

I'd be up for it, haven't run that one in almost 2 years. Used to do it a few times a year before that. It's a lot of fun, Lockwood is the longer part of the trail, MJT itself is only a couple miles long but almost all uphill with several challenging obstacles.

My dad's moving out of state that weekend and I'm helping him pack up + going away party. If the run gets rescheduled I may be able to swing it

Aw man I wanna run Miller. Parts need to show up faster so I can rebuild my front end.

@Willtaco Imma get it done ASAP so I can get back on the trail.

Oof yeah I remember that. Think that was the last time I ran it too.

That experience taught me to always watch for the recovery strap to not get wrapped up by the front tire once a person gets unstuck lol.

Definitely do it if you can, I think they close the trail Nov - May due to rain and snow. It's a must do 4x4 trail. If you can get at least one other equipped 4x4 to come with you'll be good. Wouldn't recommend doing it solo although there are usually other groups there running it on weekends.

It's challenging/remote enough you wouldn't want to be alone if something broke haha. Esp in this heat
