Had a couple of drinks. Saw a couple of things.

It's impressive how much our memory adjusts things.... I definitely don't remember it being to isometric

 

Forget who it was, someone here tagged me asking about my swing out table weeks back

 

Black Bear Pass is now closed. I can't figure this out unless they wandered upon the rocks and then flipped.





No injuries.

 

Tons of people flip on that trail; you recall the red Jeep that went viral?

Was only months ago.

It's the sharp hairpin turns that get a lot of people too.

The switchbacks are tight. Though I've seen some F250s take them with a spotter. They're not a problem for an 80, 100, or 200 series though.

Oh yea.. That's one of the easier parts of the trail. I don't know how that happened. The Red jeep happened because the driver left it without having the emergency brake pulled.

 

Somebody made it through BB in this Ram last week. They had a time getting around the switchbacks.

 

We opted against Black Bear in 2019 when it had just reopened for the summer. Mostly because my buddy's F-250 already had to do a few extra turns to make the switchbacks on corkscrew. Like two weeks later a 4Runner rolled.

Borrowed some boots for the Garth Brooks concert.

Not to fit in, just to sneak liquor in, cause I guess Utah doesn’t let college stadium serve alcohol

How are you liking it?

 

Looks like they probably tried going up that slope probably to let someone pass and flopped it. Doesn't look like it tumbled down from above like that Jeep that rolled off that trail last year
