Can anyone recommend a kayak mount that works with the RSI load bars?

Check out Yakima. They use aerobar mounts.

Durban is wasted. RSI looks to a few miles NW from there. Africa is unpredictable.

Another TW member's truck with the commercial cap. It's been shared before in one of the previous pages.

After 4 months patiently waiting, got my cap delivered and installed. Props to Off-road Alliance for their stellar service. Really happy with it. Next install the ikamper and it’s adventure, planning a trip to NM/ CO all the way from MI, can’t wait, first overland with the family

Looks perfect! For a second I thought your truck was army green in color... but then noticed it was too light. I love how the lunar rock changes colors in different lightnings and its environment. Super cool.

Had some heavy rain last night, woke up this morning and the bed was mostly dry except for a couple drips in the corners near the front of the bed. I drove to work and checked again and now there is a good bit of water. I am having trouble finding the source. I know that its coming from the corners but I can't seem to figure out exactly where.

Did anyone else encounter a similar issue?

Top corners of the bed where sheet metal bends around composite bed where the cab meets the bed… have someone shine a flashlight from the outside (night time) while you’re inside…. You’ll be surprised how open these corners are.

I sealed everything with mastic tape we have at work… think of it as very sticky dough…. Just worked it in the corners and the water issue was resolved

So I did that with a light once the cap was on and closed all of the side panels just not a night. I didn't see any light coming in. I will try again this evening but I think the leak may be coming from the plastic cap seams on the end of the support rail towards the cab. If you look at my previous post you can see where I shoved the butyl tape in the open areas.

If that is the case I may end up pulling the support rail off this weekend and try to seal the seams off as best as I can. And test the seal with a hose or pressure washer.

yep! Those corners! I went mastic the first time around, noticed there was a bit of weeping after a pressure wash…. Shined light and turns out the hole is awkwardly big. I didn’t want to use pookie, as that shit gets everywhere and the truck bed is already “setup”…. Didn’t want to bother with taking everything out. Mastic has done the trick for me. No water after pressure washes.

This leak point, and the taillight pigtails being sent wrong were my only issues with the cap. Everything has been fixed and I can’t imagine NOT having the cap, now. Very happy with how everything works. Especially the table

Appreciate the input, going to see what I can do this evening and this weekend. Getting some more rain today and throughout the week and maybe into the weekend so I should have some way to regularly check it any progress I make.

I was hoping that my efforts prior to receiving the cap would prevent me from getting this headache but that wasn't the case lol.
