I'm annoyed that I can only upload 1 picture at a time on this forum... @tcBob can you do something about that?

Anyways.. instead of posting step by step here's what was involved.

Ribs Smoked at 250 for 3 hours then foil wrapped with my homemade smoked butter and homemade smoked honey for 1 hour then unwrapped for 1 more hour. Sauced with 30 minutes and 15 minutes left.

    DRY RUB

    1 cup cane sugar
    ¼ cup Chinese five spice
    ¼ cup kosher salt
    1 tablespoon dry ground ginger
    1 tablespoon granulated garlic
    1 tablespoon freshly ground pepper
    1 tablespoon dry mustard

    SPRITZ

    1 cup apple juice
    1 cup apple cider vinegar

    SAUCE

8 oz of sweet red chili sauce
    ¼ cup soy sauce
    1 teaspoon red curry paste
    ½ teaspoon sesame oil
½ teaspoon roasted red chili paste
    3 drops fish sauce
    ½ lime juiced

    BEANS

    6 slices thick-cut bacon, diced
    1 large shallot diced
    1 Tablespoon garlic, minced
    1 cup tomato sauce
    ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
    ¼ cup molasses
    ¼ cup brown sugar
    ¼ cup Dijon mustard
    1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
1 15 oz can black beans
1 15 oz can navy beans
1 15 oz can red beans

Smoked for 90 minutes at 250F along with the ribs.

You can upload more than 1 at a time. Just keep clicking the upload file, or alternatively, add all the photos from to your "media" first, then insert with the camera looking button when composing your post.

Other forums I belong to i can upload up to 500 photos at a time. It's just the format of TW and I don't expect it to change.

No one here really cares about the step by step anyway... they wanna see the final product. Other places won't even notice you've posted without the step by step.

Hit "upload a file", and then you can add a bunch to each post. I think it might have to be one at a time, but meh.

Or try copy paste. You can just paste images into the text box.

I'm well aware how to upload multiple photos.. uploading them one at a time sucks compared to other forums but it is what it is.. let's move on from this and focus on the food.

Cool beans, good luck! Ribs are hard to mess up, you might prefer them to be done more or less, but you really have a 1-2 hour window where they're "done" so, enjoy it.
