6 inch trailmaster lift, flomaster exhaust, k&n cold air intake, cams,
Ok I have a 99 with a 6 inch trailmaster suspension lift. I'm looking to achieve 2 to 3 more inches and want to avoid a body lift. The truck doesn't have torsion bars.. Thanks.

    Welcome to TW.

Does your lift happen to look like this?

6" Fabtech Suspension lift. Headers with dual exhaust. Flowmaster muflers. Engine Computer chip. Tiregate with spare tire. Mickie's TTC Claws 315/75R/16 tires. Dick Cepec DC II wheels. Shrockwork front winch bumper. 8,000 Lb Warn Winch. Heavy duty leaf springs. K&N cool air intake. Sprayed bed liner. Bushwacker flare fenders. 1/2" Steel plated rear bumper.
    Welcome TW,
It depends on what you want to spend. There are several lifts you can use. I like the Fabtech lifts and have a 6" on mine.

If you're going to go that high, just buy a semi truck.

With all due respect, what the hell are you trying to achieve ?? You already have 6" & you want 2"-3" more ?? Is this truck going to be for mud/bogs on level ground ?? Or Mall frequenter, not trying to be a smart ass just trying to understand why so much lift ??....:notsure:

& for the record I'm not an old fart thats forgotten what a lifted truck is all about, my old 72' Dodge Power Wagon's door handle was 68.5 " off the ground.....

My main goal is to fit bigger tires, maybe 37s. And I do spend a lot of time in the woods. I think I might just put 4.88s and 35s under it...

i would recomend solid axle swap if you want that big. ive seen yotas on 44s with it:) my brother has it and is running 36s now and his truck is a monster offroad! there are several companies who make a kit or you can build your own. its tons of work and i dont think youll get out of it for less than 2 grand but the result is amazing:)

Lol 37's fit on 3" of lift... You can't just jack your truck up to the clouds because you want to fit tires. I have 8-9" of lift and I don't fit 37's when turning on flat ground...

    One word.. CUT!

I agree with Supra TT ~ Trim the fenders and adjust the fire wall.

    I'm all for a little fender trim ~ I have 34" LTB's under a 98 Sidekick 2dr and 38's under a Samurai with only 5" of lift.

PS: Welcome to the world of the Trail Master 6" lift ~ if you run into troubles or have questions about your lift let me know.
