I think the wire drops down inside the cab under the headliner and it's bolted in underneath the headliner as well. As you tighten the bolt down it should seal up against the cab. You might have broken the bolt or the plastic housing that the bolt sits in or it may just need to be tightened up if you're lucky. The 2017 4runner I leased had a loose antenna from the factory, but I didn't bother taking it in for repair as I didn't want the headliner pulled. It was eventually traded on a 2020 4runner, so it became the dealers problem. ;)

Yes- the lights. The website wasn’t very clear about it being a pair or maybe I glossed over that. Thanks again friend.

You're welcome. Scroll to the bottom of the page - there's a section with specs, warranty info, etc. That's where I copied the quantity from.

Last time I bought a set, they were c rated 265/70r17, I got my best price from 4wheelparts.com because they had a special where they charged no sales tax. That special is going on now. I had to drive 25 miles to pick them up and, at that time, a friend was the tire shop manager at Walmart and did the mount and balance and install for 2 pizzas. I like that shop because it has all new safe-on-rims equipment.

I'm only finding the KO2 in E rating online and at the local places. kind of hard choice. about 95% of the time I'm on paved or well maintained gravel. that other 5% is low maintenance road that can get really sketchy, so I go back and forth on the need for the LT since it's the E rating, or just getting Wild Peak A/T3W with P rating and XL load rating.

I would either get the c rated BFG or something like WILD PEAK. Those c rated costs me 1-2 mpg in town and at least 1 mpg on the intestate in my 3rd gen. Mine was a pavement princess so, if I had it to do over, I would have bought something less aggressive. I just always had BFG and loved the white letters. I used to run BFG Long Trail LT's because I hauled a heavy boat in my Fords. They had street tread but were 10 ply. If going strictly for looks then you can save money with something besides KO2 tires. Not worth the mpg hit in my opinion. Certainly would not buy heavy e rated tires for mostly street use. Not going to puncture a sidewall at the mall. I am driving a 2012 Taco now and I will not go with the heavy tires this time. 2nd gen gets worse mpg anyway so why add to that. I do know certain sized BFG KO2 only come in e rated. Maybe look at other sizes that do offer c rating.
