Yeah fiberglassing sucks. How do you stop the chopstrand from stretching? Kept making air bubbles.

Here’s when I was doing under the helm.

I have an old Sears 7.5 HP two stroke outboard I’m using as a kicker motor. Need to mount it still.

Good call, wasn't planning on bringing anything like that since its summer and all.

    Any good restaurants around there?

That’s smart. I just went for as large of a piece as I could. I had to rip up the whole deck, it was so rotten. I’m lucky the stringers were still good. I could shove my screwdriver into the deck in places and it would go all the way through.

What kind of boat work have you done?

We usually just cook at home; just made a tri-tip.

But I would recommend Arigato Sushi if you like sushi; that place is always good.

El Charrito if you want some bomb ass burritos; their tortillas are home made.

I always found it funny carpet was so normal on boats... that get wet. Did you ever fix rotten transoms?

I'm on the lookout for a clean Cobalt or Wellcraft Scarab hull. I really want to do a 2JZ boat or a K20/K24 turbo boat.

That must’ve been a pain. Was hard enough ripping up the old deck.

I could never get the recipe for peanut butter down.

Wish more boats were made of aluminum. I used laminating polyester resin from TAP Plastics, good stuff
