    I think it's peppered here and there in every state.....but the Carolinas seem to be the epicenter.

    There's a squatted RC in the parking lot at work every morning. It's got all the prerequisite mods....22" chrome wheels, negative offset gone horribly wrong, rock lights, fart can exhaust and LED headlights....pointed straight up, of course.....because.....squat.

    This is me every morning....

    The moratorium on fart cans was fifteen years ago. The only vehicles running fart cans today, or the proper exhaust that mimics a fart can. Should be a period correct build of a car - and never a truck. That was produced at the time, when Japanese tunner cars could be considered fashionable.

    Toyota built the 3rd gen Tacoma for a reason:D
