I understand that, was more or less confused by the limited capabilities of the s/w since I went through maggy(to get the license to flash their tune) instead of vF. All good though, and I think Tonered has pretty much cleared that up for me. Thanks for the info though.

You cannot do that on the Lite license because you are blocked from buying Credits. That is definitely what the NA is about. You would need to upgrade to a full license.

The side gig is good and will be a ton better after the Ultimate tunes are released.

Gotcha, makes sense. So when the time comes and I've learned a shit ton more I'll just upgrade to a full license.

Awesome. Now all I need to do is get my dealership to test crawl control even though they admitted they are not sure how it's even supposed to work :)

My 2021 will damn near crawl up a wall if I'd let it.

That was not true for all Tacos with CC. Some were not able to crawl over a 4x4 or a curb. There are threads about this issue.

I know, was just giving my experience. For what it's worth, I try every single one that comes into the dealership (2020/2021) and haven't seen the issue on a 2021 so far. I've tried it on about 30 trucks (all 2021)

No one, probably not even corporate, knows how widespread it was. It is also likely to vary with the different model years since the calibration is different. It was at least a significant number for them to address it.

I know folks that have traded 2021 ATs because of vibrations that were likely to be from the TC. The regional folks said that they knew of more and the only recourse was to open cases with corporate.

Some things get attention and others don't.

Interesting. You've got me curious now. I'm gonna go grab one of our service computers, see if I find any complaints related to crawl control and resolutions.

Nice! It will be interesting to hear what you find.

I really wish there were no nonsense corp folks on here to set the record straight on some of the odd issues.

    Hello, Folks.

I updated the first post to note TSB-0045-21 for the 2020 and 2021 ATs. No PDF of the TSB yet.

I also updated the main chart to note that TSB and simplify it a bit.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

    Thanks!

I'm wondering if anyone else over the past 200+ pages has encountered a problem with their PC blocking and immediately deleting this registry file?

I'm using a dedicated laptop purchased for tuning my truck, windows antivirus and firewall are off, no after market AV software is installed.

I've tried to install this file out of the compressed master-batch file folder as well as unzipping just the techstream-act.exe file separately into its own renamed folder. It gets deleted instantly every time I double click to open. I have to unzip it and download again after deletion to start over.

The only thing I left to try is running the file while windows is in safe mode, I thought I'd present the problem here before I tried that.

    Any else have suggestions?

    From the first post.

Or add an exception for the folder you unzip it to.
