2021 trd pro grill install

I just bought a trd pro grill for my 2021 limited Tacoma. I just realized my grill has a front facing camera and the pro grill doesn’t have a mount for it. Are there any modding resolutions or can the camera even just be removed? All help is appreciated

 

Just had exact same issue. Some options:

-Taco vinyl sells a bracket that works if your aftermarket grill does NOT have screw in individual letters https://tacovinyl.com/products/2020-pro-grille-front-camera-bracket

-You can buy the entire TRD lift kit that includes an OEM grill

-Can’t remember TW handle, but Grant sells a 3D printed bracket that works with the grills with screw attached letters. I used this option, $60, contact him at grantschoenit@gmail.com. You’ll have to cut out one of the plastic trapezoid where the pro grille camera goes.

-Find an OEM Pro grill with the mount elsewhere

Which grill did you buy for the mount to work? The taco vinyl grills are almost 500$

 

There’s also this….. it’s the oem grill they install when you do the TRD lift at the dealer. It’s got the camera mount, but it’s hit TOYOTA in black
