Will I need the factory UCA washers for the +2.25 with coil bucket gusset? Not sure where they’ve wandered off to…

OEM bushing washers are usually cupped to fit the rubber molded bushing and aftermarket ones are usually thicker and flat.

Edit: I'm sure they'll give you a set of washers, but you'll only need the inner ones they send you as the gusset can be the outer "washer".

There’s no inner washer either, at least with the uniball bushings in the upper. Though looking at the site again it appears rubber bushings in the upper isn’t an option anymore.

I noticed that. Maybe I got the last one. Some or all of my stuff shipped so I’m jumping the gun and tearing stuff out. I don’t want to be rushed tried to fit it all in in one weekend. I was going to remove the front crossmember like you did, but with the giant arb I’m not sure if it’ll be worth the effort.

Those packages probably don't have your COs so don't get too nuts yet. You may want to wait see what you got and do the stuff you can complete like the upper arm gussets.

I grabbed the company truck, so I’m just going to take my time with it. I know I have to make new skids and some other little stuff while I’ve got it all out, so if it takes a couple weeks it’s no biggie. I just don’t want to be rushed through it. That takes all the fun out of it.

It could be more than a couple weeks on the COs just be prepared is all I'm saying. But yeah taking your time you'll really be able to make something a lot nicer with the skid and all that than rushing through it.

Good point. I went with Fox and I think they had an unclaimed set coming in when I ordered about a couple months ago. Probably won’t take too long.

Sameish. I also passed my claimed set onto a more impatient person. But it's all good as I'm not ready for mine yet got a bunch of work all getting done at once so have to schedule the work and what not.

Is it acceptable to make a skid that rests on the diff mounts or is it a no no to transfer energy directly to them?

I'd leave a little gap there. I'd be more worried about the skid chewing up the ends of the bolts or in some crazy instance hitting and messing up the bushing there.
