Ive got my a340f, custom spindles with TC trusses and manual hubs, Manual diff for core, super fckn fresh non add Cv's.
A front ds would be cool.

 

Hmm I know I don't have a front DS in my parts pile but it's very possible @Tour991 or @Sperrunner does in theirs.

 

I have a 3rz. I wonder if the 5vz and 3rz would be the same length.
From the measurements that I took from the bellhousing to the rear trans mount look the same.
I'm guessing the the 3rz and the 5vz are the same by design.

 

4cyl one is longer, provided it's a manual

 

auto homie. They never made a manual dc from the factory.

 

Factory 3rz dc, auto 4:56 TRD, sans rear locker SR5.

 

Hmm that's may be the same, I had to change trans x-member mounts on my truck when I swapped from 4cyl auto to 4cyl manual. But I didn't pay attention to the DS length (came with the bundle)

 

Is the 5 lug the same as a jeep pattern?

 

I think it is. I might have a spare but I still have to unpack some boxes. Recyclers sell auto 4Runner front driveshafts for $60-$80 on eBay. https://www.ebay.com/itm/114862191114

 

@Matic I have 2 both diffrent lengths. 1 is from a 3rz with the w59, the second is from a 5vz with a r150f. Not sure wich one was wich.

 

Might of sold mine already. Would have to look. Gunna stop by my shop tomorrow

Tonight I installed Cadillac horns in the 100 series. It really sounds great with the horns. My daughter says it sounds like a freight train. It really goes well with the armor.

My neighbors are thrilled.

Tyler I want to thank you and commend you for the effort you put into documenting and packaging the horns. Everything was so professionally done. Great documentation. Wiring colors were intuitive. Just a quick look at the doc and I was ready to go.

If everything that I bought for the 100 over the past 18 months was this professionally packaged, I would have finished the build months ago.

That means a lot! Thank you. Hopefully I can get back to selling them. I’ve just been so busy.

 

Saw a leak on my new transmission cooler lines. But it wasn’t ATF. It was refrigerant leaking from the compressor and flinging onto those lines and the frame.

I recharged it last year and put UV dye in (without stop leak additive refrigerant) so that answers that. AC is creeping up in temperature so looks like a new compressor and some other AC parts are in order. I’ll also clean my power steering pump screen and add a filter to it.

 

Just slap a window unit in
